The Opportunity
Join Nestlé Fiji as a Sales Excellence Executive and take the lead in implementing and optimizing sales tools and practices in the Fiji and Exports markets.
In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our sales team and collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations. You will also work on data automation initiatives and create insightful reports. Your efforts will help expand our market coverage and support the introduction of new tools.

A day in the Life…
- Provide technical support for Field Sales Systems, assisting users with hardware and software issues.
- Serve as the main contact for testing and deploying sales automation, offering training to the sales team.
- Act as the expert for Power BI and data automation, developing automated sales reporting tools and ensuring data integrity.
- Lead projects aimed at improving sales processes and enhancing market presence.
- Collaborate with teams like Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasts and manage resources.
- Generate regular sales reports, perform sales reviews, and deliver key insights to the business.
What will make you successful:
- Study in Business, Commercial, or Analytics is preferred
- Good understanding of key commercial areas, including forecasting, analytics and decision support.
- Proven experience collaborating across teams.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Power BI
