The Opportunity 

 

Join Nestlé Fiji as a Sales Excellence Executive and take the lead in implementing and optimizing Sales Excellence tools and practices in the Fiji and Exports markets. 

 

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for sales automation, providing vital technical support to our sales team. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and drive data automation initiatives, including the development of insightful reports using Power BI. As a champion of efficiency, you will oversee key projects to expand our market coverage and support the rollout of new tools in additional markets.

A day in the Life… 

 

  • Provide technical support for Field Sales Systems, assisting users with hardware and software issues. 
  • Serve as the main contact for testing and deploying sales automation, offering training to the sales team. 
  • Act as the expert for Power BI and data automation, developing automated sales reporting tools and ensuring data integrity. 
  • Lead projects aimed at improving sales processes and enhancing market presence. 
  • Collaborate with various functions, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure accurate forecasting, develop market intelligence, and manage field assets effectively. 
  • Generate regular sales reports, perform sales reviews, and deliver key insights to the business. 

 

What will make you successful:  

 

  •  Degree in Business, Commercial, or Analytics is preferred 
  • Strong understanding of key commercial areas, including forecasting, analytics and decision support. 
  • 2+ years of experience in the FMCG industry is preferred 
  • Proven experience collaborating with commercial teams. 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Power BI
