Position Summary
We are looking for an Associate Specialist Data Management to implement trial data management processes for all assigned clinical studies. You will be responsible for managing all data management activities, including study set-up and study conduct.
Nestlé Research is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, employs approximately 1000 people and is comprised of five Nestlé Institutes: Food Sciences, Health Sciences, Food Safety & Analytical Sciences, Packaging Sciences, and Agricultural Sciences. A Day in the Life of an Associate Specialist Data Management
- Conducts data management tasks while ensuring adherence to current guidelines and internal processes
- Manages the clinical data flow, from its definition in the protocol to its final delivery to the biostatistician
- Oversees outsourced activities, collaborating closely with a more senior data manager
- Actively shares lessons learned and insights within the team
What will make you successful
- MSc degree with a scientific background
- Knowledge of clinical trial designs
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in data management and regulatory guidance (e.g., GCP, CDISC)
- A solid understanding of scientific principles and business needs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage data
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both scientific and business partners
