As a Nutrition Digital Capabilities Specialist at Société des Produits Nestlé SA, your mission is to turn nutrition data into reliable insights, digital prototypes and reporting capabilities that support Nestlé’s Nutrition, Health and Wellness (NHW) strategy and strengthen the nutritional value of our product portfolio. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with the NHW, Research and Development, IT teams. This is your opportunity to take ownership, grow your expertise, and make a difference at scale.
How you’ll make an impact as a Nutrition Digital Capabilities Specialist
- Leading nutrition data analysis to support portfolio decisions.
- Building automated dashboards and reporting capabilities that improve accuracy, efficiency and visibility across global nutrition data.
- Driving data quality, validation and audit readiness to strengthen confidence in internal and external nutrition reporting.
- Developing digital prototypes and new automated functionalities that make nutrition reporting and benchmarking faster, smarter and easier to use.
- Delivering data-driven knowledge projects with clear plans, strong governance and high-quality scientific outputs.
- Nurturing cross-functional networks to understand business needs, share ideas and build digital nutrition capabilities at scale.
What will make you successful
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, nutrition, food science or equivalent.
- Bringing strong data analytics skills, ideally applied to nutrition, food data or scientific reporting.
- Proven previous experience, preferably in a food manufacturing or recipe management environment.
- Applying knowledge of recipe management, food regulations, nutrition labelling and data governance to create reliable outputs.
- Using data analysis, visualisation, database querying or programming tools to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Collaborating across functions, influencing with integrity and managing projects to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Communicating with working proficiency in English.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
