Position Summary


We are looking for a Nutrition and Digital Health Research Intern to explore the available digital tools for dietary assessment in infants and children.

 

A Day in the Life of a Nutrition and Digital Health Research Intern

 

  • Conduct literature reviews on digital health tools used in infant and child studies
  • Screen and map existing dietary and digital assessment tools for this population
  • Document tools, including key characteristics and use cases
  • Apply a defined review methodology to ensure reproducibility
  • Summarize findings in clear and digestible formats
  • Write a report on a defined topic related to digital health
  • Support other relevant scientific activities, as required

 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Master’s degree student in nutrition science, public health, epidemiology, or a related life science field
  • Experience conducting literature search, and general understanding of health and nutrition measures
  • Ability to work with reference management software (e.g. EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley)
  • Familiarity with digital data collection tools (e.g. online surveys, mobile health or digital nutrition platforms)
  • Basic skills in data handling and analysis (e.g R studio)
  • High motivation for the topic of digital nutrition and health
  • Ability to complete the assigned tasks with limited supervision
  • Cooperative, good team player
  • Very good reading, comprehension and writing skills in English
