Position Summary


As a Procurement coordinator, you will be the link between Nestle Research and Procurement. You will be responsible for the timely creation of purchase requisitions in EasyBuy/SAP while  adhering to the procedures and guidelines.

A day in the life of a Procurement coordinator

 

  • Create consistent Purchase requisitions according to Nestlé rules
  • Track the status of his/her purchase requisitions and the corresponding purchase orders (PO).
  • Execute Goods Receipts in the system when goods / service is delivered
  • Solve problems by taking the necessary action on blocked/parked invoices, Open PO and GR/IR difference if needed
  • Create, modify, extend and reactivate vendors when needed
  • Engage in learning and sharing of best practices and participate/lead continuous improvement project

What will make you successful

 

  • Operational Purchasing  background in an international environment
  • Good knowledge in SAP and Excel 
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills: able to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Fluent in English and French
