As a Specialist Biostatistician at Nestlé Research, your mission is to provide statistical expertise across clinical trials, from study design and analysis planning to programming, reporting and scientific communication. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with clinical teams, study sponsors, project managers, research partners and external providers. How you’ll make an impact as a Specialist Biostatistician

 

  • Providing statistical expertise that strengthens clinical study design, aligns scientific objectives with robust statistical hypotheses and supports evidence generation for nutrition, medical nutrition and pharmaceutical assets.
  • Developing high-quality clinical protocols and statistical analysis plans to support clear study execution.
  • Programming statistical analyses in R or SAS to deliver accurate, reproducible and well-organized results that enable confident decision-making.
  • Presenting clinical trial results in a clear and meaningful way, helping teams interpret findings and translate data into scientific evidence.
  • Driving quality, risk management and continuous improvement across clinical trial statistics and data analysis practices.
  • Sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues to build capability, consistency and scientific excellence across the biostatistics team.

  • Bringing strong biostatistics and clinical trial expertise to support high-quality scientific evidence generation for nutrition, medical nutrition and pharmaceutical assets.
  • Applying analytical thinking, organization and project management skills to deliver reliable results in a complex research environment.
  • Using statistical programming as well as clinical research standards such as ICH GCP, EMA, FDA, CDISC guidelines to support compliant and effective study delivery.
  • Collaborating with scientific and business partners through clear communication, curiosity and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Communicating fluently in English.
