Position Summary
We are looking for an Specialist in Endocrinology to join a diverse team of researchers developing nutritional solutions for women’s health across the lifespan, from pre-conception, pregnancy to menopausal transition. You will initiate and lead clinical research on how nutrition can improve sex hormones-driven physiological changes, and investigate the cross-talk between sex hormones and the different systems. You will contribute to translation of scientific discoveries into business communication and product development, supporting our research & innovation pipeline.
A Day in the Life of an Specialist in Endocrinology
- Embrace innovation as a catalyst for change: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge research projects that focus on scientific concepts and drive internal initiatives aimed at modulating hormonal pathways through nutrition
- Make a meaningful impact on our world: Design clinical strategies to substantiate novel nutritional concepts, leading the development of clinical studies and provide expert opinions on the interplay between sex hormones and nutrition
- Foster a culture of creativity and growth: Engage with diverse experts and thought leaders to inspire fresh thinking and drive entrepreneurial initiatives by coaching junior scientists and collaborating with business partners
- Stay at the forefront of science : Build and maintain an external network with academia, start-ups, and CROs to ensure competitive research projects while communicating scientific discoveries to internal stakeholders and the scientific community at international conferences and through peer-reviewed high-impact publications
What Will Make You Successful
- Academic and Research Experience Hold a MD or Ph.D. biomedical sciences (or related field) with extensive experience in clinical research and integrative physiology whilst having a track-record of scientific productivity in nutrition and hormonal balance, with specific focus in women’s health and sex hormones
- Innovation at Heart: Proven track record in driving innovative research projects to improve health conditions and well-being, alongside with an applied mindset to translate results into viable product solutions, alongside experience in clinical research, clinical trial design
- People at Core: Demonstrate ability to connect and collaborate effectively with diverse audiences and internal/external researchers, supported by exceptional written and verbal skills in English
