A Day in the Life of a Specialist Paper Packaging
- Facilitate the technology platform or project stream in the deployment of novel fiber-based packaging materials through successful machinability in various packaging formats and platforms.
- Scout for new packaging technology platforms, formats and materials.
- Establish collaborations with key industrial and academic partners in the field of packaging machinability.
- Define and provide input to the technology roadmap and in the 5G Innovation & Renovation pipelines.
- Proactively deploy expert knowledge in R&D projects streams.
What will make you successful
- Masters and/or PhD in Paper Engineering /Packaging Technology/Science or related subject
- Solid Industry experience on a wide range of flexible and rigid packaging platforms
- Mastery in machinability of novel fiber-based packaging materials across various packaging platforms
- Recognized expertise across and outside the company
- Capable and willing to teach and train
- High motivation and leadership skills
- Fluent in written and oral English
