Position Summary

 

As Global Campaign Design Manager, you will be the owner of the end-to-end customer experience of all direct-to-consumer IAP campaigns (Brand Experience, Coffee, LE, Machine, Les Collections), covering all sales touch points (BTQ, CRC, Web and Mobile) and communication touch points (Paper and E-Mails, SMS, Mobile Push, Social Media). You will be responsible of defining a coherent data-driven CRM activation strategy at global level and be the guardian of its good execution at market level. You will bring innovation based on trends of the industry and in-house enablers to constantly elevate personalization with strong focus on sales impact and be responsible of defining the brand identity of the CRM touchpoints and make sure of its implementation. 

A day in the life of a Global Campaign Design Manager

 

  • Build the overall data-driven CRM activation strategy related to the Global business strategy and support markets in their CRM orchestration
  • Influence and support the translation of the long-term strategies into the (rolling) IAP with focus on the impact on Net Acquisition
  • Build the campaigns roadmap and prioritize based on strategic direction, insights and market needs
  • Select talent by recruiting, onboarding people and planning capabilities for the future
  • Obtain the necessary enablers for the markets to optimize campaign performance 
  • Strongly contribute to the delivery of the yearly functional CRM OP Brief for our markets
  • Define CRM brand identity and offer guidelines and accountable for its execution at market level
  • Manage a team of 4 people

What will make you successful

 

  • At least 7 years ‘experience in Marketing and/or Commercial background gained in either FMCG, Retail, or Lifestyle/Luxury companies. 
  • Experience in direct Marketing / Communication / CRM 
  • Proven competence in Project Management
  • People Management Skills is preferred
  • Ability to deliver results through others
  • Fluent in English, French a strong asset
