Position Summary

As a Junior Laboratory Technician Packaging, ‎you will assist scientists, technologists and senior technicians in lab tasks related to the physico-chemical testing and conversion of new Packaging materials into rapid prototyping.

A day in the life of a Junior Laboratory Technician Packaging

 

  • Prepare and carry out experiments on the only basis of protocol(s) and understand the general context of the project including quality assurance aspects                 
  • Organize experiments in a multidisciplinary and/or heterogeneous domain, manage information sharing and ensure traceability of the results                
  • Use advanced technical equipment and carry out advanced maintenance work (calibration, specific maintenance)
  • Write laboratory instructions, routine methods and standard operating procedures                
  • Participate in report writing with supervision

  • .Coming off Apprenticeship laboratory technician in the field of Chemistry, Physics
  • 1 year experience in lab Chemistry / Packaging
  • Result oriented mindset
  • Open to new ideas based on new information
  • Able to autonomously work in an English speaking environment (oral and written)
