As a Customer Engagement Lead for Asia, Oceania, Africa, Greater China Region and Japan you will contribute to the company growth in the Medical Nutrition space by supporting as well as driving initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales Force operating model in alignment with Markets' needs and expectations, to ultimately enhance execution and competitiveness. You will maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards for customer engagement, to anticipate future customers' needs and find opportunities for innovation.    
 

A day in the life of a Customer Engagement Lead

 

•    Start, optimize, and standardize all Sales Force driven customer engagement business processes to ensure the best customer experience and to increase sales performance
•    Drive the development and implementation of a digital supported Multichannel Customer Engagement strategy and operating model to maximize the impact of the Sales Force through additional and alternative channels to communicate our value proposition
•    Contribute to the development of Tender and Discharge Management strategies to maximize business impact
•    Identify customer engagement KPIs and ensure adoption of the analytics solution at Sales Managers level, to enhance data driven decision-making 
•    Support design and governance of the Sales Force Incentive Plan (SIP) globally and locally. Support target deployment as well as performance tracking. Assess overall SIP effectiveness
•    Identify, drive implementation and adoption of best practices and innovations aligned to Market needs and Global opportunities
•    Develop Customer Engagement functional capabilities and capacity globally and locally. Lead and grow the Global Community of Practice
 

What will make you successful

 

•    At least 5 years dedicated to Sales Management and/or the definition and implementation of SFE standards
•    Strong experience in Sales Force multichannel strategy as well as Inside Sales operations
•    Extensive knowledge of CRM (Veeva is a plus)
•    Extensive experience in business analytics and sales incentives 
•    Strong leadership and influencing skills
