We are looking for a Packaging Artwork Project Intern to join our Text & Design team at NHSc Headquarters in Lausanne. In this role you will support the team with the approval process of newly created/updated packaging artworks. You will be instrumental in setting the ground for best in class labelling management, working in close collaboration with global, local NHSc stakeholders and external partners. A day in the life of a Packaging Artwork Project Intern

 

  • Create administrative data and prepare artwork change projects in the system for the Text & Design project coordinators
  • Update English Master Label to reflect simple artwork changes
  • Order Computer Generated Images (CGI) development following catalogue and check deliverables from CGI agency
  • Manage simple artwork maintenance projects:
    • Analyse label change request and propose artwork update brief to be approved by Text & Design project coordinator
    • Rigorous checking that modifications are made by artwork suppliers according to the requests and that NHSc label guidelines are respected
    • Send created/updated artworks to the necessary stakeholders for approval (respecting RACI provided)
    • Follow-up each intermediate due dates according to priority level, align feedback with relevant stakeholders, and make sure the final delivery date is met. Track workflow with relevant tools. Input all data in the follow-up reporting in a timely manner
  • Maintain relevant label libraries
  • Participate and contribute actively in the various tasks required of the team (weekly meetings, updating of Global processes and tools, team building and trainings, partaking and presenting in internal workshops)

What will make you successful

  

 

  • Recently graduated in Marketing, Administration, Business Management or related degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Proficiency in English and French; any other language would be considered an asset
  • Interest in Labelling & Artwork
  • Rigorous, customer-oriented and willingness to provide support
  • Analytical & project management skills
