Position Summary

The Global Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Lead is responsible for driving 1:1 digital communications with patients, caregivers and consumers for Nestlé Health Science brands, with the goal of deepening the relationship with patients, caregivers and consumers throughout the consumer journey, from finding new consumers, driving trial, and providing support and additional services throughout the relationship.

 

In this role, you will develop, coordinate and implement CRM programs, working with gobal category teams, technology and service teams and markets.

A day in the life of a Global Customer Relationship Manager

 

  • Work with the global eBusiness team to articulate a vision for 1:1 communication with consumers, patients and caregivers im NHSc
  • Develop category/brand level CRM strategies in partnership with priority categories and lead markets
  • Identify segments for use in CRM programs, building out journeys per segment
  • In partnership with category/brand managers and working with service providers, source landing page content (e.g. articles, recipes, videos etc.) to power CRM strategies, either by repurposing existing content or working with the NHSc Global Content Studio to develop fresh content
  • Develop email templates and masters to fill out CRM journeys
  • Coordinate with Nestlé Campaign Factory to set up journeys in SFMC for market use; assist in market onboarding onto global CRM programs
  • Act as global subject matter expert on CRM in general and the CRM process in Nestlé specifically, including understanding of the Nestlé stack and ecosystem of service providers, in order to assist markets in implementing programs
  • Run capabilities building programs with global and market teams
     

What will make you successful

 

  • Experience in developing CRM strategies, defining user segments and building journeys
  • Experience operating CRM programs in market, either working with specialized agencies or (preferably) operating programs themselves
  • In-depth understanding of consumer data collection and campaign management tools (e.g. Gigya, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English
