Position Summary

As a Global Digital Operations Manager, HCPs you will be responsible for the support in implementation of the Global Digital B2B strategy & roadmap focused on healthcare professionals (HCPs), in collaboration with IT, Digital & eCommerce team, Global brand teams and Medical Affairs. You will be driving the execution of the cost effective, scalable digital platforms across Websites, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, and Webinars - all HCP focused.  You will also execute the global digital content optimization strategy in partnership with all key stakeholders internally and externally, to ultimately impact the performance across all Nestlé Health Science Markets and businesses.

A day in the life of a Global Digital Operations Manager, HCPs

 

  • Execute a state of the art HCP digital operations strategy, while maximizing usage of Nestlé IT resources and operating model
  • Act as the subject matter expert in marketing automation and lead generation and as the day-to-day primary contact for brand teams 
  • Partner with internal and external resources for HCP engagement journey mapping, planning, and deployment in SFMC
  • Overlook global and local campaigns and ensure best practice sharing and synergies across Markets
  • Analyze the online customer (HCPs) journeys to identify improvement opportunities that increase conversion
  • Support the implementation of Web Analytics (GA/GTM), CIAM solution, Mobile apps, Webinar solutions for the HCPs within the NHSc digital ecosystem
  • Execute the strategy for optimizing digital content management across NHSc, including content repository, content reuse, stronger compliance and accelerated production and distribution
  • Offer guidance to internal Omnichannel Customer Engagement network and Digital Leads in the Markets
  • Seek out and interpret key trends in digital for HCPs to drive necessary focus and innovation for business growth 
  • Develop global guidance materials and tools intended to Markets, train digital colleagues and track usage and adoption of tools
     

What will make you successful

 

  • Scientific Degree, MBA preferred
  • Multi Year experience in multichannel/digital and successfully delivering transformational initiatives in large organizations, preferably in life science/ pharma or in the agencies supporting life science/ pharma clients
  • Experience managing large scale programs and projects, and working across multiple teams
  • Strong knowledge of e-privacy and GDPR
  • Comfortable delivering in a small team and fast paced environment 
  • Extensive experience working with enterprise-level marketing automation programs and optimization tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), Interaction Studio (preferred), Salesforce Pardot, Campaign Monitor, Adobe Market
  • Proven experience in developing insights leading to understanding of customer behavior 
  • Ability to report on KPIs, marketing performance, user behavior, marketing tests, etc. and make effective recommendations
  • Experience in managing eCommerce activities globally will be a plus
  • Previous experience in Life Science or pharma industry will be a plus
