Job Summary:
Reporting to the BU Manager, the Production Clerk is responsible for administrative work in the office such as printing orders, filing, uploading documents into our document control system, order status moves, misc. items as needed. The ideal candidate for this role will have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills in both, verbal and written mediums as well as ability to work independently or/and as part of a team.

 

Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday through Friday)

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Checks In-process data (weights, seams, etc.) for compliance to established specifications
  • Checks and completes the final Reconciliations for compliance 
  • Assures the presence and disposition of investigations, deviation reports and rework documents when required.   If documents/data are missing, individual will initiate and participate in the investigation 
  • Any GDP issues are brought to the attention of the Lead/ Supervisor as required
  • Update batch status in AS400 
  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
  • Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines
  • Runs and maintains reports 
  • Track and trend key indicators related to batch review as needed 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) – required
  • Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
