Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Sr. Administrative Assistant supports the department by taking responsibility for the departmental filing system, calendars, and travel arrangements in addition to other routine administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner. This is an on-site full time role , Monday-Friday located at our factory in Leonia, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Manages departmental schedule by maintaining calendars, arranging meetings and scheduling travel
- Copies and transmission of documents
- Greeting and providing directions to all guests as they enter the building
- Day-to-day administrative functions to include answering phones, report generation, monthly reviews, responding to inquiries, and other team support tasks
- Meeting support and attendance as needed
- Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
- Ad hoc requests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Skills:
- High level of organizational , written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow-up
- Responsive to verbal and written instructions
- Basic mathematical skills
