Position Summary

For our Nespresso Boutique in Leuven, we are looking for a Boutique Floor Coordinator.

As a Boutique floor coordinator, your role is to coordinate of all operational day to day activities in the Boutique and mainly on the floor. You act as a role model in customer care and coach your colleagues to achieve the best customer service possible.

A day in the life of a Boutique Floor Coordinator

Your role is split into three important responsibilities:

Customer experience:

• Boutique set-up: you contribute to the maintenance of the Boutique appearance and assist in stock related processes.
• Customer care: be a role model for customer service, promote the "Coffee Ateliers" and solve basic custommer complaints.

Boutique Floor coordination:

• Carry out sales of nespresso product
• Create a good floor motivation
• Contribute to achieve collective and individual targets
• Keep track of boutique operations

Comply with all corporate policies:

• Ensure that the different areas in the boutique are in line with the Retail International Guidelines
• Ensure safe working conditions for your colleagues
• Execute all applicable loss prevention procedures

What will make you successful

• You speak Dutch fluently and have a professional level in English
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar retail environmment
• You know what an excellent customer service looks like, ideally with top of the line products
• Ideally you have an interest for Coffee and the story behind it: from the bean to the cup.
• You share the values of respect thatt we cultivate and are able to coach your colleagues to achieve their targets.
