Position Summary

The eBusiness Hub Z-EMENA Lead will be accountable for the overall operational excellence and delivery of the eBusiness Hub Z-EMENA across projects and service lines. Responsible for evolution of Business Hub in collaboration with Global eBusiness, NGBS & MSE leads and in many cases other NBS centres. Managing team members and workstreams to bring value to the business by ensuring consistent and high quality service delivery. Identifying, analyzing, solving and presenting viable integrated solutions to address business problems.

A day in the life of...

  • Driving eBusiness Hub Z-EMENA evolution and developing expertise, cross-functional alignment.
  • Leading implementation of new ways of working across streams for specific projects or service lines.                 
  • Managing relationships with key business partners in Zone, Markets or HQ.
  • Ensuring partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation, Total Servie Quality etc.                 
  • Process management
  • Overseeing eBusiness Hub Operations for Z-EMENA, including Holistic Content, Brand Website, Search, Data & Analytics, Campaign…                
  • Developing and evolving workflows / processes to execute eBusiness Hub Operations efficiently and effectively and maximize productivity of the team.                
  • People management, coaching, mentoring. People development. Objective setting and alignment with IeBP/OMP. Control/feedback/recognition of objective achievement.                
  • Staffing/Recruitment - Talent management.                
  • Creating proposals for scope increase and ensuring eBusiness best practices are included.                
     

What will make you successful

  • 4-6 years eBusiness experience either at an integrated agency or in a related digital/media field
  • A clear understanding of key digital marketing levers and mix (paid, earned and owned) including but not limited to search, email, affiliates, display and social media
  • Ability to proactively and independently follow-up with business partners and teams to identify opportunities, sell-in strategies and manage projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions to meet common goals
  • Ability to work across many accounts/projects seamlessly and simultaneously
  • Proven leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across multiple reporting levels, including executives
  • Excellent presentation skills. Must be able to create emails, presentations and content that is client ready, grammatically correct, and error free
  • Minimum 4 years experience managing people, teams
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Experience working in FMCG (marketing, sales, communication, business analytics) industry a plus
