Position Summary

To act as a Subject-Matter Expert in Supply Chain across the company, providing advice and direction on ways of working, processes and best practices whilst acting as Excellence Ambassador, promoting Process Excellence, Operational Excellence and Business Excellence culture within the organization. Promote Process Excellence, Operational Excellence and Business Excellence culture within theo rganization.

A day in the life of...

• Challenge existing ways of working, service, working capital and cost with a continuous improvement and waste-elimination mindset
• Map and optimise existing processes in the Supply Chain Service Center, including interactions with Headquarters, Markets, Agents and External suppliers
• Conceive and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency/speed of existing processes with internal and external parties (business stakeholders, markets, agents, logistics suppliers, customs,etc.)
• Identify process improvements and innovative IS/IT soluti ons.
• Share Nestlé Supply Chain best practices
• Provide an overview of End-to-End processes and Supply Chain trade-offs
• Increase the teams’ capabilities in Nestlé Continuous Excellence and Goal Alignmentf undamentals
• On boarding of new collaborators in the Supply Chain Service Center

What will make you successful

• University or Engineering degree
• Preliminary experience in one of the following areas is recommended:
- Logistics
- Demand and Supply Planning
- Supply Chain Development
- Project Management
- IT or Business Transformation, incl. process redesign or improvement
• Knowledge of MS Office, as well as SAP-APO, SAP-R/3
• Lean, NCE, GA, Business Excellence mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong influencer with the ability to work across boundaries with multi -disciplinary teams
• Fluency in English
