Position Summary

You will coordinate with global stakeholders, tech partners and market teams to keep websites high-performing, compliant and ready for what's next (AI-powered features, new business models, personalization), while acting as the main internal reference for website-related questions, tickets and best practices.

A day in the life of...

  • Drive strategic roll-out — translate the Category's Integrated eBusiness Plan (IeBP) into local execution, assessing market maturity and coordinating the localization and sign-off of Category master plans.

  • Lead website projects end-to-end — coordinate rollouts such as Customer Portal deployments, eCommerce enablement, new business models, and market-specific enhancements, working hand-in-hand with tech vendors and WebCMS/IT teams.

  • Own performance & measurement — manage the analytics stack (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Local Custom Events) and unassigned-traffic clean-up, and report regularly on Website Best Performance Index (Fundamentals, Engagement, Accessibility, Conversion).

  • Champion technical excellence — push accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and SEO/LLM visibility (structured data / schema markup for products, FAQs, articles) across markets.

  • Bring AI into the website experience — support the rollout of AI-powered functionalities such as AI-generated Alt Text, smarter search, and content assistance tools, in partnership with WebCMS and NesGen teams.

  • Manage the ecosystem — be the go-to contact for markets on tickets, change requests and new functionality asks (via Jira/Confluence), triaging and prioritizing with vendors and IT.

  • Build capability — run training sessions, webinars and share best practices to uplift market teams from beginner to advanced level on Brand Website tools and ways of working.

  • Facilitate governance — run and participate in regular cross-functional cadences with Category, Zone and Global Website stakeholders, gathering feedback and continuously improving the operating model.

  •

What will make you successful

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and structured data (schema markup) for search and AI/LLM visibility.

  • Proven track record coordinating multi-market, multi-stakeholder projects (rollouts, integrations, optimizations).

  • Strong change-management and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable navigating a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Curiosity and openness toward AI-powered digital tools and how they can enhance content and website performance.
