Position Summary

The Brand Website Expert is an Above Market SPOC, supporting SBU, Zone eBusiness Category Leads and markets to drive creation, implementation and execution of the Brand Websites IeBPs strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives / KPIs more effectively and efficiently.

Brand Websites Expert is also responsible for providing regular performance and optimization reports to Zone Category eBusiness manager, share best practices cross markets/categories, managing and assessing markets' requests (on tools, new functionalities etc). and then coordinating actions with Zone Category and SBU to drive website optimization and efficiency.

A day in the life of...

Supports Zone eBusiness Category Lead(s) in developing/implementing Brand Website Strategy, assesses brands and market maturity (solutions, ways of working, resources, budget...), and builds up Global Brand Websites approach understanding in the markets.
Advocates the implementation and usage of Global Solutions (e.g. SessionCam) and NGBS shared services.
Coordinates creation of Category Master and coordinates process of Integrated e-business Plan market localization
Coordinates IeBP market execution, managing stakeholders involved and making sure actions and deadlines are performed and met
Supports the Zone Categorie(s) with website localization process and pilot identification following Brand Plans with NGBS, markets & SBUs and defines Continuous Improvement Plan with Zone Categorie(s).
Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline, proposing actions to key stakeholders
Gathers feedbacks, initiatives and requests from markets, evaluates them and eventually share those relevant with Zone Category Lead and SBU.
Supports the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, across Brand Website and website strategy through training sessions and webinars
Establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Website strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organisation.
Responsible of guaranteeing the NGBS services and MSE solutions are in place, used to their full potential and reaching Zone & Markets Integrated eBusiness Plan objectives, and continuously share insights, best practices & recommendations for improvement.

What will make you successful

More than 5 years in website management, digital marketing or eBusiness working with large FMCG brands

Successfully delivery of KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results

Extensive knowledge of brand website end to end process, from development to daily operations

Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and brand marketing

Proven English skills: writing, reading, speaking

Proven change management experience

Good communication skills

Team oriented mentality and attitude

Successfully managed and led launch / roll out of projects

Result oriented
