A day in the life of... 

• Respond to customer queries phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way 

• Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods 
• Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions of the consumers and their children or babies 
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved 
• Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines 
• Behave as an ambassador for our brands and product 
• Inform customers about new product, functionalities and campaigns, if any 
• Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and a knowledge-based documents 
• Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making 
• Ensures Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner 
• Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer 
 
What will make you successful

• Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge in French and English
• Bachelor’s degree on Nutrition/Dietetics, Life Science, Food science, or similar 
• 1 year+ Experience advising clients to make good food intake choices and meal planning 
• Baby and adult nutrition knowledge (steps for baby and diet intake for adult) 
• You have a first experience in customer relations 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
• Capable of Multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely 
• Attention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies
