For our NBS Lisbon, we are currently looking for a CRM Services Evolution Specialist. This professional will be responsible to engage with existing or potential partners and support the creation of the service proposal (together with Transition team).

A day in the life of...

  • Build the detailed service lines for CRM service based on overall service design and priorities defined by the IBS IMS Solution Lead.
  • Deliverables include detailed process flow, Standard Operation Procedures, training material, activities/effort mapping, etc. 
  • Pilot the implementation of new service lines or activities; 
  • Engagement with existing or potential partners and supporting the creation of the service proposal (together with Transition team); 
  • Acting as an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions, and providing guidance and coaching to further improve.

What will make you successful

  • +5 years digital and website experience either at an agency or in a CPG company;
  • Ability to work with remote stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across multiple reporting levels;
  • Excellent presentation skills. Must be able to create emails, presentations and content that is client ready, grammatically correct, and error free;
  • Advanced HTML and CSS knowledge and experience is required, preferably applied to email;
  • Experience  in coding responsive HTML/CSS emails and troubleshoot for email clients specific limitations;
  • Experience in Javascript;
  • Hands-on experience with CMT and CRM tools such as Eloqua Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua;
  • Know of best practices for marketing operations, marketing automation, and email marketing;
  • Demostrated ability to maitain, create and improve an Email Design System;
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written).
