Position Summary

 The CRM Campaign and Audience Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing audience segments and campaigns. This includes email campaign production and deployment across campaign CMT's from brief reception to monitoring and reporting, includes also planning and segmentation, the production and/or integration of HTML based emails, testing for functional and display quality, troubleshooting and correcting issues using HTML coding, target the correct segments, managing the client approval process and scheduling the campaign sending.

 

A day in the life of...
- Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies to optimize campaign performance and increase engagement.

- Build and maintain automated campaigns to ensure timely and relevant messaging to our users.

- Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to develop new campaigns and improve the user experience.

- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in audience segmentation and campaign optimization.

- Liaise with CRM Services key Business Stakeholders, to integrate Guidelines and align Service Lines. Liaise with CRM Campaign and Audience Coordinator for Continuous improvement.

- Run regular Operational review with Markets to track Service delivery. Get improvement actions listed and followed up until adherence to the committed Service level.

- Run periodic meetings with Business/Market to collect demand as well as ensure that market adhere to CRM Services pre-requisites. Identify Market/Business knowledge gap and propose action to market to fill those gaps.

 

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in audience segmentation and campaign management, preferably within the tech industry.

- Experience with Twilio Segment and Braze platforms is strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive campaign optimization.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
