A day in the life of...

Annual traceability data collection (30%) :
- Define clear data collection timeline, with clear milstone, aligned with SBU ESG team and non financial KPI reporting needs
- Validate supplier list with procurement and train them to use latest template and understand underlying KPI structure
- Update template working closely with Third Party audit company and global ESG team
- Communicate actively withThird Party appointed company that will collect supplier information
- Escalate supplier collaboration issues / delays to SBU ESG Team
- Provide post mortem assessment of the entire data collection process for continuous improvement - Monitor RA multritrace (30%) :
- Run quaterly reconciliation between spend data and multitrace to ensure accuracy and correctness (supplier submission and market best practices)
- Follow up with markets where gaps have been identified, including segregation level data
- Report monthly to SBU ESG gaps, issues, resolution %, escalation required
- Update local champion mapping and track changes
- Create regional RA champion structure as escalation point for certification process
- Develop internal certification SharePoint (key documents, guidance, best practice) - Others (40%)
- Coordinate annual origin risk mapping
- Coordinate Annual Scorecard submission
- RA M&E integration and Cool Farm Tool deployment
- Support data infrastructure definition and deployment
- Support CLMRS data collection
What will make you successful

Academic Experience/Education:
• University Degree preferably in economics, business, IS/IT
• Fluent EnglishBusiness Experience:
• Project managment
• Expeience in commodity in a plus
• Data Managment / data processing experience
• Deep knowledge of sustainability KPIs & Data
• Collaboration with multi-functional stakeholders
