Position Summary 

In this role, you will support the Consumer Insights team in the development of strong insights that will drive brand and communication strategies, working closely with marketing, media, and digital teams. You’ll be responsible for the Brand Equity program and managing the vendor relationship for ZEUR Confectionery and Food, while liaising with market and zone stakeholders to deliver insights that drive Marketing actions

 

A day in the life of... 

 

  • Oversee the day to day running of the brand equity program and manage the interaction with the vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Set up and manage annual brand equity dips and refresh inputs for continuous trackers. Ensure the design stays consistent with the established framework
  • Organize and ensure a high quality delivery of brand equity presentations
  • Increase understanding of brand equity measurement and how to effectively utilize brand equity data within Nestle
  • Collaborate with colleagues from within the Insights department team to provide visibility of the work done and ensure alignment  
  • Communicate Brand Equity learnings to a broad variety of internal stakeholders,  to drive alignment and action
  • Aid vendor understanding of Nestle brands and markets, to increase better interpretation of the data; also help integrate information from other sources, to enrich insights 

 

What will make you successful 

 

  • 3-5 years experience in market research or data & analytics at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG or in major research agencies (ideally with knowledge of brand equity measurement)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analysis skills and attention to detail 
  • Able to ‘connect the dots’ across multiple datasets and research projects
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-starter, able to work independently 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain personal networks in person/remotely
