Position Summary

Nestlé Nespresso is currently looking for an Ecommerce Data Analyst. You will be responsible for leveraging multiple data sources and analytics solutions to deliver insights on digital and eCommerce performance, supporting growth and decision-making across the market.

A Day in the Life of an Ecommerce Data Analyst

• Analyse digital and eCommerce performance across channels and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy across all digital assets
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and executive use
• Execute performance analysis aligned with business objectives
• Identify insights and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Support sales forecasting and business cases development for commercial initiatives
• Provide data and analytical support to empower Activation and Experience teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Sales, IT, Finance)
• Promote data literacy and a data-driven decision mindset within the organization

What Will Make You Successful…

• Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience in digital/eCommerce analytics (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio; SQL and BigQuery as a plus)
• Experience with A/B testing, reporting, and data visualization
• Knowledge of AdTech and MarTech solutions
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex information for non-experts
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
