For our NBS Lisbon Digital and Social Media (DSM) department, we are currently looking for a Data Lab Analyst. Reporting to DSM Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for:

  • Ensures execution and facilitates defining scalable consumer data strategy for organiztion in scope;
  • Using defined supporting solutions, implements data capture strategy, scalable activation and usage for defining new business opportunities (insights);
  • Works in partnership with the DSU, Legal and relevant stakeholders to ensure Nestlé usage of data is in line with its principles (privacy, compliance).

 

A day in the life of...

Implements defined data collection, activation and maintenance strategy. Understands and leverages data segmentation;
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data collection at scale;
Understands and enhances consumer journey per brand/platform;
Understands and leverages tools such as DMP, eCRM database, MOAT etc;
Implements and maintains relevant dashboards and reports to allow all stakeholders to understand consumer data and use it for delivering business results;
Delivers reports and analyses to support all marketing activities;
Track relevant digital KPIs;
Trend scouting and sharing of learnings (marketing & technology);
Implements data governance best practices, ensures data privacy and compliance.

What will make you successful

Proven data analyst experience (3+ years) with proven track record in leveraging large complex data sets for driving business results;
Experience in marketing and campaign management. Good understanding of the consumer experience framework across different contact points including mobile and sales activations;
Experience in measurement of campaign performance and providing KPI performance scoring;
Functional expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. Experience in data visualization and dashboarding. PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio and Datorama experience a plus;
Basic understanding of GDPR;
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
Good communication skills.
