Position Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist. This position will be responsible for the Market Consumer' Data Strategy. Owns analytics, data interpretation and database understanding. Interfaces closely with CRM, Businesses and Digital Champions to ensure that data is driving decision-making and smart consumer experiences. Will primarily analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and guide brands strategies optimization based on trends, patterns and results across vast data sets. Will provide predicitve analysis, best practices, trouble shooting and data strategies to businesses.

A day in the life of...

  • Analyze and interpret large amounts of data for trends and opportunities across categories/brands
  • Work with businesses to ensure data-driven decisions to impact where, when and with what message consumer is targeted
  • Set data priorities, data acquisition, own data management supporting business needs and requirements
  • Lead requirements definition for analytics dashboard. Provide early training, support and best practice use cases for data interface and action
  • Ensure optimal data sets are leveraged for input, considering channels and partnership opportunities
  • Responsible for coordinating with agency partners

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Degree or equivalent with specialization in Mats;
  • 3-5 years of professional experience within an international company;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong knowledge in Excel;
  • Strong knowledge in data statistical manage;
  • Autonomous;
  • Proactive;
  • Flexible and adaptive
