To integrate Purina's business, we are looking for a Demand & Supply Specialist. 
Reporting to the Demand and Supply Planning Manager, you'll have as main mission to manage the Specialist Channel Supply Network through an accurate forecast and a system of health-checks to ensure the right stock at the right time in the right place to meet customer service objectives.
Copacker activities management and coordination of Innovation & Renovation projects are also in the loop.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

As Supply Chain Specialist to better support our business growth, is expected to have the ability (and curiosity) to explore and experiment new ways of utilizing data to enhance business processes, efficiencies and generate high value insights within and beyond Supply Chain.

As Demand & Supply Specialist, we expect you to:

• Ensure an accurate Demand Plan according with the Monthly Business Planning Process;
• Challenge our Purina Supply Network to ensure the correct stock replenishing, avoiding out-of-stock situations or in the opposite way bad-goods;
• Plan Copacker Activities with Copacker & Warehouse teams;
• Guarantee that Innovation & Renovation milestones are delivered according to the plan and project status is updated and available;
• Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information:

           - Highlighting all supply issues;

           - Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade offs;

           - Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the MBP Process.

• Ensure that a continuous improvement culture is developed and sustained. To identify problems, to plan actions, to use goal alignment tools to develop self, colleagues and peers, to promote root cause analysis and problem-solving strategy/methods (standard routines, GSTD, DMAIC's);
• Anticipate potential issues and solve them with the appropriate level of prioritization avoiding any risk.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• 1 year’ experience in related Supply Chain or Generating Demand functions;
• Strong knowledge in Excel and Power BI (can help);
• Solid analytical skills;
• Team spirit;
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good level of English (mandatory);
• Taste for solving challenges;
• Ability to manage several stakeholders in ambiguity and stressful situations.
