Position Summary

The Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Corporate Communications Expert supports the roll out and evolution of the new Nestlé’s Global Marketing Assets Repository (DAM) managing internal communications plus contributing to drive the adoption across internal users and agencies across 200+ markets. She/he also develops Nestlé best practice and act as functional SPOC for Nestlé’s DAM and Content Creation Workflows, ensuring coordination with Integrated Marketing Services and IT Teams for successful deployment to all users worldwide.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Across all tasks, Digital Asset Management Expertise and/ or experience in cataloguing, organizing, and optimizing digital assets for efficient retrieval and utilization will be paramount;
  • Communication Management: owner of Nestlé’s DAM Comms Master Plan; coordinator of all Comms activities and of the project Info Center (website);
  • Community Management: manage the internal Social Media pages for the Nestlé’s Global Marketing Assets Repository (DAM) Program;
  • Brand Guidelines Repository Adoption Management: create an onboarding framework flexible enough to take into account use-case variants; plan presentations to drive adoption; plan onboarding of each individual Content Studio based on their level of maturity and urgency; project management;
  • Support and oversee the deployment of Marketing Content Creation Workflows to the network of +40 Content Studios, in collaboration with the Content Studios Global Coordinator;
  • Support and oversee the tool evolution: act as the functional driver and SPOC for new requirements implementation; act as functional project manager for the tool evolution, in close collaboration with the IT Business Analyst; run regular calls with Champions to provide updates and collect feedback; ensure coordination with all stakeholders to provide visibility to the Porta Owners (Champions);
  • Reporting Support: provide data to support adoption activities carried out at management level for Nestlé’s Global Marketing Assets Repository (DAM) and Brand Guidelines Repository;
  • Support the internal users and agencies across the markets with capability building, through training sessions and webinars;
  • Establish and roll out a governance model, processes, and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Content strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organization;
  • Manage and align with several stakeholders and must be able to drive change management


What will make you successful

       • More than 5 years in Digital Marketing in a Corporation;

       • Knowledge and passion for Digital Asset Management technology and/or shared drives to store files and work collaboratively (at very least: use of SharePoints, Dropboxes, Google Dive etc in a corporate environment, serving multiple teams);

       • Corporate Communications Experience;

       • Basic knowledge of Content Production & Campaign Management processes;

       • Strong Project Management skills in a matrix environment dealing daily with various stakeholders and competing priorities;

       • Change Management experience;

       • Community Management (internal community);

       • Communication platforms and channels management (incl. UX competencies);

       • Issue global guidelines adapted to local specificities;

       • Super users network management;

      • Business Analysis;

      • Successfully managed and led launch / roll out of projects;
