Position Summary
For our Nestlé Corporate Communication team, we are currently looking for a Digital Corporate Communication Specialist. Reporting to the Corporate Communication Manager, this professional will be responsible for defining and supporting social media strategies, listening activities, website content management and optimization as well as providing support to new digital projects.
A day in the life of...
- Assist in developing and delivering an informative, engaging, and inspiring annual communication plan, with a strong focus on digital strategies, while negotiating independently with external partners and suppliers to define, agree upon, and achieve set targets;
- Support the development and execution of the Corporate Social Media strategy, including content planning and execution, and perform Social Media Listening Analytics to gauge audience engagement and sentiment;
- Execute corporate website content management and optimization, support SEO efforts, and monitor SEO KPIs;
- Coordinate various communication channels, both internal and external, to ensure consistency of messages, ensuring that brand communications within the NIM scope are accurately reflected in digital corporate channels when appropriate;
- Communicate internally through digital channels, disseminating information that anticipates or aligns with external releases in a timely manner, tailored to diverse employee groups;
- Manage both external and internal communication projects, creating quality communication tools and instruments, while overseeing digital communication projects to ensure effective execution and alignment with corporate goals;
- Identify situations requiring special communication efforts in response to organizational changes, ensuring that all communication is handled with professionalism and care.
What will make you successful
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of strong experience in digital media
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in applying metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness;
- Exceptional language skills in the local language;
- Very strong proficiency in English.
