Position Summary
As an Employer Branding & People Communication Specialist, you will be responsible to drive the external Employer branding strategy and internal People Communication activities in pursuing our employee value proposition ‘Be a Force for Good’.
A day in the life of an Employer Branding & People Communication Specialist
• Lead, drive and support the development and the implementation of Nestle's Employer Branding and People Communication annual plan;
• Develop and implement the EB activities plan in partnership with Talent Acquisition team and Corporate Communication (with high focus on Nestle Needs YOUth global initiative);
• Cooperate with regional Recruitment Marketing Team and external agencies to build and execute communication campaigns for social media and Nestle career website;
• Collaborate with HR Team to collect communication needs and transform them in an annual plan to increase employee engagement;
• Responsible for people internal communication channels;
• Drive and contribute the development and implementation of a local Diversity & Inclusion strategy with focus on communication and employee engaging activities (internally and externally);
• Partnership with local Diversity & Inclusion associations to create and implement communication campaigns to relevant communities.
What will make you successful
• University Degree in Communication, Marketing or other related areas;
• More than 3 years of experience in communications and/or employer branding field;
• Experience in corporate messaging and storytelling, collaboration with creative/PR agencies;
• Experience in event management; good organizational and prioritizing skills;
• Proven expertise in project management and able to deliver multi tasks with challenging timings;
• Good creative skills relevant for content creation and employee engaging campaigns;
• Business English proficiency (B2-C1 level minimum);
• Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient;
• Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus and understand the business environment.
