Position Summary
For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Finance & Control Junior Specialist. Reporting to F&C Controller, this person will be responsible to ensure timely and accurate costing and re-invoicing processes.
A day in the life of...
• Calculate and communicate NBS charges to Integrated Marketing Services customers;
• Answer queries from customers during the year;
• Issue invoices to NBS customers;
• Guarantee that all the invoices will be approved and paid;
• Report the cost per market to Integrated Business Services;
• Marketing Agencies cost control;
• Coordinate the cost per project with the agencies;
• Guarantee that the Nestlé markets will be invoice with the correct amount;
• Guarantee that the marketing agencies will receive on time;
What will make you successful
• Degree in Accountancy/Economics/Finance;
• English (advanced);
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Good knowledge of SAP;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Solid skills in data extraction and analysis;
• Good time management skills;
• Ability to manage priorities;
• Work with commitment on ongoing initiatives and proposal of new ones;
• Adaptability to cope in fast-paced environment;
• Ability to drive continuously improvement projects;
• Respect for various cultures within Nestlé;
