Position Summary

Act as the primary eCommerce technical partner of the brand Digital Commerce team, responsible to Support the Business/Market in managing content on Nestlé eCommerce platforms, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality information standards across the websites. Update front-end by performing light front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Monitor and track website performance via front-end and content optimization tools. Draft recommendations and eventually implement those feasible via CMS and other global tools. Taking active role in planning, managing and supporting technical solutions, technical implementacions and builds. Preparation of technical specifications supporting the global tech lead in creating system architecture. Cross alignment with other structures of Web Content Team. Assist in managing Gitflow process, code workflow, technical delivering, etc. Analise the risks, and points of improving it tech procesess. Provide full tech support for markets and team, regarding the issues, and projects. Develop front-end solutions for the project. Review other team members code, check code standards. Update website content, perform webmastering activities, configure CMS based on markets/business requests (via a tool). Roles requires knowledge of Google tools incl. Analytics.

A day in the life of...

Create, change or extend website functionality solutions upon business approval
Create, change or extend website new design solutions upon business approval
Provide technical support for the markets and internal team
Work on continuous improvement of the websites from all the sides (functionality, design, SEO).
Synch up with external tech agencies to remove blockers, facilitate solving issues and keep production moving forward.
Search optimal ways to automate and speed up typical standard routines.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Assist in managing Gitflow process of NBS team.
Execute website and content management related task assigned via ticketing tool, including light front-end coding activities with high agreed quality and First-Time-Right
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
Create front-end and content performance reports with actionable recommendations based on agreed KPIs and business objectives
Implement recommendations upon business approval
Execute website content optimization related task assigned via ticketing tool, leveraging global tool set within agreed quality and First-Time-Right
Organize and run trainings with internal and external third parties on selected topics
Implement basic SEO improvements via CMS or other global tools

What will make you successful

1. University Degree ideally in Digital Media, Digital Communication or Digital Technologies.

2. Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS (or other preprocessors), JS, NPM, Gulp.

3. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 4. and 8) and image editing with Photoshop.

5. Experience with Bootstrap, Materialize or other CSS frameworks.

6. Experience with GIT.

7. Understanding of techical solusion delivery.

8. Understanding of Coding Standarts.

9. Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English

10. Proven web-mastering and content optimization experience (previous projects and experience) and knowledge of Google webmastering tools.

11. Knowledge of web design and UX5. Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools

12. Familiarity with Analytics concepts and tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

13. Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool.

14. Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers.

15. A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience.

16. Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements and specific targets.

17. Defining continuous improvement in daily activities.

18. Ensuring good time management (including down time).
