Position Summary
Nestlé, the world's largest food and beverage company, is in the process of transforming their systems, processes, and ways of working.The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end business coordination of the Dalí rollout in close partnership with the IT Project Manager, ensuring that market knowledge readiness, testing, and change activities are aligned with technical deployment capacity. Own the operational control tower for project milestones, risks, business case tracking, AI consumption, and charging by market, ensuring disciplined execution and transparency across CES, IT, Finance, and markets.

Drive the integrated rollout plan, ensuring alignment between market readiness and IT deployment capacity.

Monitor market knowledge readiness, managing escalations when needed.

Ensure program governance across implementation, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
-
Oversee business case control and benefits tracking by market.
-
Manage AI consumption and chargeback across markets.
-
Lead project risk, issue, and dependency management.
-
Prepare steering materials and support leadership reporting.
-
Coordinate cross-functionally with IT Project Managers, markets, and CES teams.
What will make you successful
-
University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related field
-
3+ years of experience in project/program management, digital transformation, or service operations
-
Experience coordinating multi-market rollouts with cross-functional dependencies
-
Strong understanding of business case control, financial tracking, and chargeback governance
-
Experience with go-live readiness, testing, hypercare, and stakeholder governance
-
Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI/dashboard familiarity is a plus
-
Experience in consumer engagement or contact center operations
-
Advanced English (written and spoken)
