Position Summary

Lead the interventions related to cause and impact relationship between people, processes and practices with business outcomes. Deliver and tailor of the best practices in Data & Analytics to meet regional needs across the HR Function, and People Analytics across the region. In conjunction with the Global People Analytics team drive innovation in analytical approaches to understand and mitigate people driven risk to business. Engage in industrialization of flexible People Analytics solutions to the benefit of the region.


A day in the life of...

- Define People Analytics Strategy for the Region with support from the Global PA Team and in partnership with the Markets, Zones, Businesses & Functions: Lead the delivery and tailoring of standards, frameworks, tools and methodology around people and its connection to business results in an ever changing and dynamic environment.

-Drive the agenda of People Strategy 2025 around Future ready workforce as a key enabler for the Region: Create a value proposition for the business by providing the know-how, consultation & advice in Strategic Workforce Planning 4B Modelling and other advance analytics interventions within region in line with Market\Business requirements.

- Engage across different facets of HR (HRBP, COEs, COS), IT, HR master data and analytics governance bodies to ensure seamless, End-to-End alignment across HR, and ensuring consistent value added services within region.

- Participate in the Global People Analytics Network to foster best practice sharing, review of successfully deployed solutions and used cases with constant connection to external knowledge and innovation. Also provide the required support to the PA Network in terms of capability enhancement on an ongoing basis.


What will make you successful
• Masters Level education or equivalent

• Leadership and exposure in all parts of the HR function e.g. CoE, CoS, HRBP

• Successful experience in implementing & executing HR Strategies

• Strong experience in leading or developing advanced HR analytics deliverables, tools and strategies

• Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing, collaborating

• Experience in leading change and business transition in organizations

• International exposure and range of business experiences in different environments, cultures

• Strong Stakeholder management experience

• Experience working in cross functional and geographical teams and projects
