Full-time/ Hybrid Work – 2 days per week at the office (aligned with our current Policy) 

 

Main Purpose of Job:

Drive E2E process optimization, and service delivery by building a robust improvement pipeline, ensuring timely execution and reporting, and aligning business outcomes and value delivery, through ownership of all aspects of Continuous Improvement and Automation.

 

Key Outputs:

Identify "Robust Pipeline".
Identifying a Continuous, Aligned and Priorized pipeline of improvement opportunities for Automation, Productivity & Business Value within the E2E.
  • Incorporate nestlé continuous excellence and continuous improvement, through standarization, simplification,automation and digitalization, into E2E Processes.
  • Ensure clear understading and embeding IBS Global Projects Pipeline/Partners portifolio (IT, Automation, Analytics) into Local pipeline.
  • Identifies and Consolidates all key/relevant improvement opportunities for continuous improvement of the E2E, including collecting bottom up ideas/data inisights/feedback from operational teams and markets (e.g. NPS Feedback), and Global Projects/potential replication opportunities from other Centres
  • Ensuring and Validating Local Baseline / "As Is" Process flow to support the creation of Global Business Cases and creating estimates of current volume(s), execution times, process-allocated resources and relevant support documentation;
  • Creation of Discovery Pipeline (according to the E2E Global & Local Annual Plans), taking active part of Global Process Discoveries, defining and Validating Future / "To Be" according to the global standard/reference flow, (including expected benefit estimations, new technologies required and prioritized pipeline of Improvement & Automation Opportunities)
  • Support and align internally on results and feedbacks for proof of Concept/Value of new technologies.
  • Managing the governance with relevant Global & Local Stakeholders, towards ensuring alignment of identified improvement initiatives,
  • Ensure proper prioritization of improvement pipeline (including Global and Local initiatives);

 

Execute planned pipeline/ Deliver expected pipeline/ Coordinating execution of Global and Local Pipeline of E2E Initiatives to achieve yearlyTargets

  • Planning of prioritized projects and ensuring it's delivery towards agreed targets;
  • Ensure proper resource allocation in Global Improvement initiatives;
  • Coordintaing execution of E2E projects and providing relevant support, address escalations;
  • Ensure the same data (one source of truth) is provided/reported throughout existing governance (F&C, PO Cockpit/Improvement Hub, BPA etc);
  • Close collaboration with Partners (Analytics, IT, BPA) to ensure smooth delivery of projects;

 

Ensuring accurate & timely benchmarking and replication of E2E Process & Service Delivery information

  • Continuously and Proactively performing benchmarking on E2E Service Levels and Productivity (by type)
  • Registering all improvement opportunies (and associated actions) in the PO Cockpit / Improvement Hub, and ensuring adequate governance, alignment, timeliness and continuous update of E2E reporting efforts;
  • Adherence to established STAR Initiative process and expected deliverables, implementing internal process for STAR submissions, validate one-pagers, validate and recognize STAR winners within the E2E;
  • Close cooperation with the NBS CI Manager, towards Performance Acceleration Enablement Activities (e.g. Training Needs, Local PA Community Building and Generating Excitement & Momentum)
  • Leverage exisiting governance, one source of truth (PO Cockpit/IH), Data Analytics & Visualization to identify and implement replication opportunities;

 

 Ensuring support to Markets to improve operational service delivery & pain point resolution
  • Facilitate operations in developing actionable plans to address existing issues, serving as an escalation point when necessary.
  • Collaborate with markets to implement improvement initiatives and provide support for change management efforts where applicable.

 

Key Experiences:

  • Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives delivering visible and sustainable results - Must have
  • Successfully exercising traversal leadership (influence without direct control), especially on senior stakeholders - Must have
  • Experience in [Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing or HR (dependent on respective E2E)] functions - Business Dependent
  • Background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), Change Management or Project Management - Nice to have
