Location: Linda-a-Velha, Lisbon, Portugal
Company: Nestlé Business Services Lisbon (NBS Lisbon)
Full-time - Hybrid Work – 2 days per week at the office (aligned with our current Policy)
Main Purpose of the Job
The role is responsible for building strong relationships with Strategic Business Units and Zones, supporting the execution and acting as the main point of contact. The incumbent will act as an Account manager for establish partnerships supporting the business with a holistic view of the adopted services. It ensures the successful adoption and scaling of services by managing partnerships, measuring business impact, and supporting the overall IMS growth strategy. Work closely with the Service Leads and Governance Lead for new services governance framework and new services portfolio pipelining.
Key Outputs:
- Support the expansion strategy in close colaboration with Service leads and Businesses, supporting on the identification of white spaces and new service line opportunities.
- Drive early-stage service concepts based on business needs.
- Partner with Expansion team to build the necessary business case and drive adoption.
- Adoption visibility to stakeholders and IMS team - consolidate all zones and business in partnership with AMS and AOA expansion manager.
- Support Service leads in engagements with businesses
- In cunjunction with Corporate F&C, define the R2R solutions (process, technology, organization) to be operated in a scalable, competitive and qualitative way within Nestlé Business Services centers and BPOs.
- Ensure these solutions are designed as E2E approach.
- Ensure business success metrics are established and measured, replicate fast the successful new services.
- Support the IMS growth strategy by identifying opportunities across Businesses, Zones and Markets, in view of both existing and potenti al IMS service lines.
Key Experiences:
- More than 10 years’ experience in Generating Demand (preferably with e-Business or seniormarketing responsibilities)
- Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
- Experience of successfully leading teams and managing projects
- Experience in complex environments (multi -cultural, cross-functional, network organizations)
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in managing change in the organization
