Position Summary

We are looking for an Iberian People Communication & Employer Branding Specialist to join our Iberian Talent Team and play a key role in strengthening employee engagement and elevating Nestlé’s employer brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal people communications aligned with business and HR priorities, while contributing to the execution of our employer branding strategy. Working closely with HR, Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition, Learning and other key stakeholders, you will help create meaningful employee experiences, enhance our employer value proposition, and ensure consistent, impactful communication across internal and external channels.

A Day in the Life of…

  • Develop and manage the HR communication strategy and annual communication plan to increase employee engagement and transparency.
  • Lead internal communication projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business and people priorities.
  • Manage and evolve people communication channels, ensuring relevant content reaches the right audiences.
  • Create engaging communication materials and campaigns across multiple channels, including intranet, events, social media and career platforms.
  • Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives that strengthen Nestlé’s positioning as an employer of choice.
  • Measure and monitor communication and employer branding effectiveness through key performance indicators and continuous improvement actions.
  • Drive employee listening initiatives and support the cascade of action plans across the organization.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all communication activities.
  • Identify and introduce innovative communication approaches, tools and channels to enhance employee engagement.
  • Support the design and delivery of HR events, employer branding activations and Youth initiatives (internships, graduates and early careers programmes), creating engaging experiences.

 

What Will Make You Successful

  • Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Internal Communication, People Communication and/or Employer Branding.
  • Strong communication, writing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across functions and cultures.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and project management capabilities.
  • Creativity, innovation and a passion for employee engagement.
  • Advanced knowledge of internal communication channels and digital communication tools.
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
