Position Summary

Are you naturally curious about consumer behavior, data-driven decision-making, and brand strategy?

In this role, you will support the Consumer Insights team  in the development of strong insights that will drive brand and communication strategies, working closely with marketing, media, and digital teams. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a data-driven culture, helping to uncover key consumer trends and guiding strategic business decisions.

 

 

A day in the life of... 

 

Consumer & Market Research:

  • Support qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand consumer behavior, brand perception, and content effectiveness.
  • Help interpret data from multiple sources (surveys, media analytics, social listening, sales data) and transform it into actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.

 

AnchorData Analysis & Insights Generation:

  • Collect, extract, and synthesize consumer data to develop meaningful insights for the business.
  • Analyze information from multiple sources such as surveys, digital performance data, and social listening tools to identify key patterns and opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all research and reporting activities.
  • Develop clear, compelling storytelling through reports and presentations that drive action.

 

AnchorDigital & DIY Research Tools:

  • Gain expertise in self-service research and analytics tools, supporting business partners in leveraging them effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging methodologies to improve the research process.
