Position Summary
To act as a business-facing capability and talent development partner, helping business leaders and HR stakeholders identify priority performance, capability and development needs and translate them into scalable solutions that improve individual, team and business performance.
A day in the life
- Understand what people need to learn. Work with managers, HR Business Partners and employees to identify development needs and translate them into clear learning objectives.
- Create learning experiences. Design workshops, learning journeys and practical resources, including exercises, case studies, facilitator guides and digital content. Develop new materials and adapt existing solutions to different audiences.
- Deliver training yourself. Facilitate face-to-face and virtual sessions, encourage participation, manage group dynamics and help learners connect new ideas with real work situations.
- Keep programmes running smoothly. Coordinate training calendars, communications, participants, internal trainers and external providers. Follow up on logistics, expenditure and learning records.
- Connect local needs with Nestlé’s learning offer. Adapt global and regional programmes for Spain and Portugal, working with colleagues across offices, factories and shared services.
- Support internal trainers and experts. Help colleagues turn their knowledge into clear content and effective learning sessions.
What will make you successful
- At least 4/5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, corporate training or learning consultancy, including both content creation and training delivery.
- Confidence facilitating adult audiences, in person and online, and adapting your approach to different groups.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging materials and practical activities.
- Strong organization and project coordination skills: you can manage a training calendar, work with providers and keep several priorities moving.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships with managers, HR colleagues and subject-matter experts.
- Fluency in Portuguese & English. Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, train-the-trainer programmes or AI-assisted content creation would be an advantage.
