Position Summary

The Global Marketing Automation Specialist will be acting as a key member of the global Digital Team, in charge of building and continuously elevating complex programs and marketing campaign for all Nespresso Markets. Acting as a champion user of the Adobe Campaign Orchestration Tool, familiar with the Customer Data Platforms, mastering advanced workflow set ups, targeting and unleashing the power of Marketing Automation, he/she will bring his engineering expertise to serve our worldwide Nespresso customers with personalized best in class experiences.

A day in the life of...

  • Drive requirements for the Marketing Automation Program needed for managing, enhancing, and delivering relevant and personalized CX to any touchpoint                    
  • Be the functional expert of our systems. Manage and oversee the resolution of issues and risks related to the Marketing Automation Platform and its use.                                                
  • Set-up, build and run workflows on lifecycle and multichannel Marketing automated programs that deliver CX and CRM objectives leveraging and extending the existing Marketing database and capabilities.
  • Drive the innovations and evolutions for new Marketing Automation features, helps to drive and prototype new Marketing capabilities and efficiencies to be ahead with leading-edge technology in this a dynamic Digital Marketing space.                   
  • Identify data requirements that will deliver optimal Targeting and Personalization capabilities, working with CRM Insight, Campaign Design, Business Intelligence, Web Analytics, and Information Technology teams to incorporate the data required into the Marketing tools and applications.
  • Training and leverage the expertise of the organization in terms of Marketing Automation               
  • Support CX and Marketing Campaign Designers to create highly personalized experience and marketing campaigns, with focus on on-boarding, retaining, reactivating, and converting customers.

What will make you successful

  • Degree in Marketing / Information Systems
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing automation platforms with proven experience in CRM tools (salesforce, adobe - Adobe qualified certification is a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Query
  • Good understanding of email, SMS development and push notifications
  • Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate tests
  • Experience with Reporting and Analytics tools (e.g. Business Object ...)
