Position Summary
We are currently seeking an Organization Effectiveness Analyst for our Nestlé Business Services. This professional will be responsible for developing tailored reports, conducting analyses, and providing insights on the overall organizational effectiveness and structural cost situation for key customers. The role includes delivering a comprehensive system overview and making recommendations to various business units, including Markets, Zones, Global Functions, and GMBs.The Organization Effectiveness Analyst will also provide consulting services for key organizational transformation projects, collaborating closely with senior internal consultants. Additionally, this role will contribute to the development of best practices in Organization Design and Change Management (OD&CM) and promote these practices by maintaining a network of HR and business professionals to foster the adoption of OD&CM standards and the utilization of associated solutions and services.
A day in the life of...
- Consulting Support: Collaborate with the internal Organization Design team and other stakeholders to understand the data requirements and provide timely support. Assist Sr OD Consultants in the development of organization design strategies and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of internal data using available platforms (i.e., Internal Benchmarking / OE / Agent Noon) and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to organization effectiveness. Provide accurate and reliable data to support decision-making processes.
- Insights Generation: Generate actionable insights from reports analysis to support organization design projects and initiatives. Translate complex data into clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations for internal customers.
- Internal Platform Management: Collaborate with HRBPs, OE Consultants and IT teams to enhance and optimize existing OE platforms & tools and troubleshoot any technical issues. Lead new development overtime.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively to internal customers and senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve data analysis processes, methodologies, and tools. Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in delivering organization design insights.
What will make you successful
- Consulting: prior experience in Consulting (as internal or external consultant) at "junior" or first management level ideally in the area of organization design or strategy
- Data Analysis: Proven experience in conducting data analysis using various tools and platforms. Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using internal platforms and tools for data analysis and reporting. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT teams for platform management.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal customers, understanding their needs, and providing timely support.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting insights to stakeholders and senior management effectively
- Proven record of successful remote stakeholder management in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to quickly understand business needs, expectations and opportunities in an always evolving and changing scenario
