Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Application Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to manage and oversee the payment application processes within our organization. The SPOC will serve as the primary liaison between various departments, Collections, Claims & Deductions and other internal stakeholders, as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination related to payment applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a thorough understanding of payment processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all inquiries related to payment applications, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure effective payment processing and resolution of issues.
- Monitor payment application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on payment application procedures and best practices.
- Ensure documentation related to payment processes and workflows are maintained and updated
- Analyse payment data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to payment processing.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance the payment application framework.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in payment processing or financial operations or relevant operational experience in Order to Cash
- Strong understanding of payment applications and related technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for assertiveness
- Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS and SAP applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
