Position Summary
Under direction of Team Lead, provides comprehensive and advanced support to market within the range of procurement performance acceleration scope of activities in collaboration with market PPA Lead.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance at various procurement queries, coordination of workflow configuration, conduct training on existing and new procurement tools to users at market and above the market, issue resolution of operational activities within procurement teams between the market (requestors, finance), NBS, easy request project team, local and global IS/IT and act as the first level of support for any requests within scope: SAP, Easybuy, Easy Request, PR/PO creation, PO closure, Procurement approvals, technical questions and related queries.
Lead and drive simplification, standardization, automation and process improvement of procurement activities within procurement model per respective market.
Provide expert advice and insights about future trends and/or risk within their area of expertise to ensure the procurement strategies and solutions are proactively prepared to minimize risks and early adoption of new solutions.
Ensure the alignment with the Nestlé Procurement Framework.
A day in the life of...

Coordinate the deployment of the procurement solutions that are required to drive the strategy of the functional stream in alignment to the procurement vision;
-
Take ownership in execution of the roadmap and obtaining the required knowledge to execute the given tasks accordingly;
-
Coordinate testing of new tools/applications linked to the market deployment strategy and aligned with the operational master plan;
-
Drive on time projects implementation, participate in testing and sustain phase support;
-
Manage discussion with market stakeholders on the results of the performance service level agreements (SLAs) and operational concerns/issues;
-
Gather relevant data and inputs and discuss them with Team Lead to make pertinent adjustments to the solutions and strategies;
-
Define and monitor the appropriate measures to follow up and ensure compliance and the implementation of defined solutions in the procurement organizations at market;
-
Play a key role to the development of procurement initiatives by bringing ideas, feedback and requirements from own area(s) of responsibility;
-
Identify and engage relevant external parties to provide future insights on procurement/functional stream relevant topics;
-
Provide necessary support regarding procurement activities as single point of contact (SPOC) of procurement team per respective market;
-
Ensure timely preparation before operational reviews (necessary root cause analysis for relevant indicators is done with the respective teams before the ORs);
-
Ensure monitoring of the performance service level agreements (SLAs) and indicators of services (KPIs);
-
Ensure the provision of timely and accurate status updates for respective measures during operational reviews, providing valuable insights and contributions to enhance operational performance;
-
Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, offering recommendations to drive performance optimization;
-
Ensure compliance of processes;
-
Drive action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement;
-
Drive efficient and proactive collaboration with different levels of operational partners within Nestlé;
-
Take responsibility for the resolution of issues and queries to identify root causes and develop appropriate solutions;
-
Develop work plans and monitor timelines to ensure implementation of solutions;
-
Drive continuous improvements initiatives to drive value to the business: ensuring root cause analysis of mistakes identified, driving processes standardization and simplification, support automation and AI;
-
Drive KPI trends maintenance (SLAs), root cause analysis of issues/errors and problem solving;
-
Actively promote and support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, fostering a mindset of innovation, learning, and growth. Leverage and capture CI potential through the usage of operational reviews/CI initiatives and other tools;

Participate in market and global projects and initiatives related to different procurement process flows;
-
Deliver market and global projects on time with the committed quality;
-
Ensure the availability of updated SOPs due to legal or process changes;
-
Deliver timely updates/communication via the agreed channels of communication to ensure knowledge transfer about updates in the process on regular base;
-
Prepare and conduct learning materials for market stakeholders related to operational scope, new tools, global initiatives etc.;

Provide training to existing and new Procurement tools to users at market and above the market;
-
Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated SOPs, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices);
-
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audit requests.
What will make you successful

Master’s degree in accounting/ finance/economics/logistics;

Prior experience (2+ years) in the procurement area;

Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI;
