Position Summary
For our Nestlé Procurement Team, we are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist Nutrition EUR. This professional will be responsible for understanding, communicating and helping to implement sourcing strategies on a local level (at the market) including new or changing items/services, P2P channel management and of new suppliers.
A day in the life of...
- Provide information and requirements to the Business Partner and Local Business regularly.
- Collaborate with local business and supply chain to define needs for functional and plant requirements.
- Conduct data retrieval and analysis on ordering and channels for improvement.
- Interface with suppliers for development and transitions as directed.
- Ensure timely provision of procurement financial planning data, including budget and cost impacts.
- Work with HOP and Business Partners to integrate sourcing into local budgets.
- Lead sustainability initiatives with suppliers, aligning with regulations.
- Integrate innovation and cost improvements from suppliers into processes, adhering to Nestlé's Suppliers Code.
- Support Procurement Ensure Supply processes with risk analysis input.
- Serve as the main contact for procurement in the market, engaging with internal stakeholders.

- Proven success in developing and implementing sourcing strategies for competitive advantage over 2-3 years;
- Ability to lead projects effectively;
- Skilled in risk management, analysis, responsible sourcing, and supplier relationship management;
- Successful negotiation in cross-functional and cross-market teams;
- Strong understanding of procurement processes;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (mandatory), with relevant SAP knowledge;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Results-oriented team player with effective planning and prioritization abilities;
- Strong analytical skills focused on critical thinking and efficiency improvement.
