Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Digital and Social Media (DSM) department, we are currently looking for a Product eContent Graphic Designer. Reporting to DMS Lead Specialist, this professional will be co-located with the Content Factory team in Lisbon. This person will be responsible for the flawless execution of CGI Packshots & Images creation / adaptation from a quality perspective before being released to the Business, as well as establishing standard & guidelines for CGI packshots, Mobile Hero Images, eMerchandizing images and reusage of CGI packshot images for more advanced assets (images, banners, videos, Retail Digital Media, Point of Sales materials...). The scope of work will be to define the brand guidelines for product packshots look & feel (e.g.lightning, texture rendering) working closely with CGI Production Partners in reaching high quality CGI product packshot. This resource will work closely with CGI Production Partners, Content Factory Coordinators as well as Brand Teams.  Focus will be on quality, look & feel representation of product, buidling / ensuring CGI standards and Nestlé Brand guidelines are respected for creation of masters assets, aiming for high level of quality and production process efficiency.

A day in the life of...

Act as a Product eContent Graphic Designer for the Content Factory, to ensure proper execution of the service, with service orientation to the Market/Business:

  • Responsible for the product eContent images (e.g. packshots) quality control by ensuring high quality standards in all 3D production deliverables with the CGI Agency partners.
  • Provide expertise and recommendation for brands regarding CGI packshot, Mobile Hero Images, eMerchandizing, reusage of CGI packshot images for more advanced images (beauty shots, POS...).
  • Build mock-up for Mobile Hero Images masters.
  • Develop and implement CGI standards & Guidelines at Corporate level and for Global/Local Brand Teams to consistently improve quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Project Coordination team (Content Factory Coordinators) & CGI Agency Partners, attend project review meeting with business & CGI Agency Partners.
  • Share weekly status updates of CGI Packshot quality control, ensure all generated reports are correct and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Support the resolution of CGI production problems to reach high quality standards and ensure efficiency & scale for markets.
What will make you successful
  • +2 years of experience in the Content Production, 3D/CGI Production;
  • InDesign/art working skills;
  • Business English communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Proven graphic design, CGI production, Arts capabilities;
  • Ability to quickly understand brand's positionning through Brand Guidelines;
  • Ability to formalize CGI recommendations into standards & Guidelines;
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management & planning skills;
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external customers;
  • Ability to work well autonomously and deliver against established objectives and deadlines;
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management;
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
