For our NBS Lisbon we are currently looking for trainees in one of our main areas: Order to Cash (O2C), Source to Pay (S2P), Digital and Social Media (DSM) and Human Resources (HR) department. This is an amazing opportunity to put hands-on experience and to quick start your professional career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Proud to Play Program has been created with a mind-set to fulfill Nestlé Business Service needs. It will allow you, as a trainee, to have a full comprehension of the business. Through this engagement process, you will have a theoretical and a practical knowledge inside Nestlé Business Services!

This is a one-year experience with a lot of engagement and dedication from our teams, mentors and coaches inside the center with you. 

We have FOUR DIFFERENT OPPORTUNITIES for you: 

A day in the life of...

O2C Trainee (Finance and Information Management) - Credit Analysis: review credit parameters; Claims: reception of all customer Claims raised by customers; Cash Collections: successful management of due and overdue balances on customer account; Demand Capture: ensure demand is captured, through order methods; Reference Data: setup/maintenance of all data.

S2P Trainee (Procurement) - Sourcing: drives selection of suppliers, negotiation and contract renewals; Buyer Support Services: deploy catalogues in EasyBuy globally; Transactional Support: execute all the operations for procurement/claims. 

DSM Trainee (Digital MKT) - Content Factory: Support and monitoring brand content online; Campaign Factory: Support on all online and offline channels.

HR Trainee - Support the HR Team on the daily tasks.

What will make you successful

  • Recent graduated in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Logistics, Digital Marketing, Engineering, International Relations, Business, Information Management, Human Resources Management or similar;
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
  • Eligible for an IEFP internship;
  • Available to start in May 2021;
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
  • Willing to join a multicultural environment;
  • Customer and result focus.
